Job offer : TCE Building Engineer (M/F)

The ACTUAL recruitment firm is looking for a TCE Building Engineer (Project Manager) (M/F) for its client on a permanent contract.

Office based 10 km from Annecy. Works can be in the 73 department or closer to Meribel, Courchevel, Val d'Isère, Tignes.

Daily travel to the ski resorts is to be expected.

At least one visit per week to the office (headquarters) will be required.

You will join a company that brings together various trades revolving around luxury mountain real estate.

From the design of hotel residences, hotels, and restaurants to the construction of exceptional projects and operation to 5* standards, all the group's projects are located in the most beautiful mountain addresses of the iconic Alps massif: Courchevel, Méribel, Val d’Isère, Tignes, Les Gets.

We are looking for a true conductor for all trades, an expert in construction, a leader who wishes to put their skills to use for exceptional and technically ambitious projects.

Your missions will be

Take charge of the project design phase, Integrate studies and designs into planning, coordinate various stakeholders and manage interfaces, Plan and organize tasks for companies or independent services, Monitor technical and budgetary aspects, Oversee the proper progress of works, Manage DET (Direction of Execution of Works), TMA (Works Modifying the Purchaser) and TS (Works Statements), Ensure compliance with architectural constraints, deliveries, TMA, lifting of reservations and compliance.

Remuneration according to profile

You have significant experience as a TCE Project Manager.

Proficiency in Autocad, MS Project, and Archicad is a plus.

Rigor, high standards, and work capacity are your main daily motivations.

You are recognized for your dynamism, confidence, organizational skills, and strength of character in managing a construction site.

Endowed with good interpersonal skills, you enjoy teamwork.
