The role
Are you a specialist in steel fixing and looking to join a company in the construction sector? We are looking for several Steel Fixers (M/F), from level N2 to N4, including 1 team leader, to work on one of our construction sites starting Monday, November 16, 2026. Your missions: Read and interpret steel fixing plans. Prepare and cut metal reinforcements. Shape and assemble reinforcements. Position and secure mesh and reinforcement cages. Participate in the installation of reinforcement before concrete pouring. Ensure compliance with safety instructions on site.
For the N4 Team Leader profile: Supervise and organize the work of a team of 3 / 4 steel fixers. Distribute tasks and monitor the progress of the site. Ensure the quality of the work and compliance with deadlines.
The profile we're looking for
Your profile: You have experience in steel fixing on construction sites. You master the techniques of shaping and assembling reinforcements. You are rigorous, autonomous and enjoy teamwork. Previous experience in supervision is expected for team leader profiles.
