
Job offer : Electromechanical Technician (M/F)
The role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will join the local team to ensure the operation, maintenance, monitoring, and technical performance of green energy production facilities and the local thermal network.
Your missions will revolve around the following areas
Maintenance & Troubleshooting of installations
Ensure the control, preventive maintenance, and upkeep of production equipment (boiler rooms, substations, biomass/geothermal plants).
Carry out troubleshooting interventions and rapid resolution of technical malfunctions.
Supervise and manage the services of subcontractors and external providers.
Operations & Production monitoring
Continuously monitor operating parameters (temperatures, pressures, flow rates, etc.).
Diagnose anomalies and intervene quickly to ensure the continuity of service provided to users.
Update monitoring tools and CMMS.
Optimization & Energy performance
Participate in the continuous improvement of efficiency and energy optimization of equipment.
Apply and enforce safety standards as well as current environmental regulations.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
Education: Holder of a 2-year degree (Bac+2) or a Professional License in thermal engineering, climate engineering, process engineering, electrotechnics, or industrial maintenance. Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in a position as an operations or maintenance technician in HVAC / industrial thermal systems. Key skills: Solid knowledge of thermal, hydraulic, and industrial electrical systems. Rigor in applying safety procedures. Driving license B mandatory: A service vehicle is provided for your travel on the network. Personal qualities: Rigor, autonomy, team spirit, responsiveness, and a real sensitivity to the challenges of renewable energies and the ecological transition.
Conditions & Benefits
Remuneration: Attractive fixed salary based on profile, paid over 13 months. Bonuses & Supplements: Overtime and on-call duty paid. Shift bonuses + Seniority bonus + Individual annual bonus. Referral bonus (€1,000 gross). Profit-sharing agreement and Company Savings Plan (PEE). Leave & Working time: 26 days of paid leave + 15 days of RTT per year + leave for seniority and family events.
