The role
A solid mission
You will assist the store manager on a daily basis and accompany them in their managerial and commercial leadership. You will be in charge of maintaining the management parameters of the store entrusted to you, and in particular its rituals: quality and reliability of stocks, commercial concept and merchandising.
- As a leader, you will boost the commercial dynamics in the field with your flow teams and engage them around common goals. You will give meaning to actions by explaining the impact it could have on daily life;
- You will define the action plans to be undertaken and ensure their follow-up;
- You will plan, organize and control operations related to the quality and reliability of stock and prices;
- You will analyze business indicators and supervise the development of cause trees;
- In partnership with the manager, you will be the privileged contact for HR and finance management service providers, suppliers and external service providers;
- You will guarantee the proper organization of schedules.

- You are a talented manager;
- You want to put your experience and skills of at least 3-4 years to good use. Ideally, from retail;
- You have knowledge of flow management and logistics;
