Our team of experts specializing in human resources and HRIS is recruiting for its client MBDA, a specialist in the Defense sector, a Digital Learning Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).

Job description

As part of a strategic reinforcement, you will join the Group Learning Solutions team to carry out a major transition towards a learner-centered training approach.

Your role will consist of defining and deploying the Learning & Culture tools strategy while ensuring the optimization of "time-to-competence". Operating in a highly demanding and secure ecosystem, you will functionally lead the tools department, composed of two internal staff and two external service providers. Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows:

• Manage international solution implementation projects (TMS, LXP) and Proof of Concepts while respecting high security standards.

• Administer training platforms at the group level and provide level 3 technical support in close liaison with the IT department and Data teams.

• Support change and skill development for internal clients across Europe to ensure optimal adoption of new learning tools.

• Leverage data analysis to personalize training paths and design help and documentation resources for users.

• Develop a high-quality partnership relationship (Business Relationship Management) with IT, procurement, and the group's business functions.

Experience and Education

• Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally in Information Systems Engineering or an equivalent background.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a digital or Learning department.

Technical skills

• Absolute mastery of training management tools (LXP, LMS, TMS) and office software.

• Good data analysis skills (PowerBI, sensitivity to AI usage).

• Advanced technical level allowing you to guide IT decisions and challenge the IT department regarding security constraints.

• Fluent English is mandatory to work daily with European subsidiaries.

Travel to be expected

• Yes, occasional travel (2 to 3 days per month) in France and Europe (United Kingdom, Italy, Germany) is to be expected.

• Remote work: 2 days/week
