The role
With an already active portfolio, your missions will be as follows
- Bring in, animate, and develop a network of business introducers for a high-end clientele (essentially B2C).
- Create privileged relationships with professional partners and support them in negotiations.
- Support your clients in their search for real estate financing and thus enable them to carry out their projects.
- Negotiate with specialized financial partners to offer the best financing solution.
- Manage your clients' project management through regular follow-up.
The profile we're looking for
Expert in mortgage brokerage (IOBSP) for individuals (high-end clientele), you are passionate about your profession and people. You mobilize your energy for the satisfaction of your clients and benefit from excellent results.
You demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, rigor, perseverance, and optimism.
A true negotiator, your tenacity and your sense of customer relations will be essential in this position.
