Our team of IT experts is recruiting for its client PG Software, an IT Consultant (M/F).

Job descriptionFor over 20 years, PG Software has been supporting companies in the management and optimization of their IT environments, particularly through ManageEngine solutions.

In a context of growth and structuring of its activity within the Opsilon group, PG Software is now strengthening its Pre-Sales / Delivery team.

The goal: to support clients even more effectively in identifying their needs, choosing the right solutions, and implementing them.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

You will work at the intersection of technology, consulting, pre-sales, and implementation.

Specifically, you will be required to

• Understand the technical issues and needs of clients

• Analyze their IT environment and identify suitable solutions

• Participate in client meetings and pre-sales phases

• Perform technical demonstrations of ManageEngine solutions

• Respond to specifications and calls for tenders

• Support clients in the deployment and configuration of solutions

• Participate in resolving technical issues encountered

The goal: not just to present a solution, but to understand the need, advise the client, and contribute concretely to its implementation.

Profile soughtThey are looking for a person with real technical experience in IT environments who wishes to give a new dimension to their career.

Ideally, you have worked on issues related to

• Windows and/or Linux environments;

• deployment and administration of workstations;

• IT asset management;

• management of terminals and user environments;

• software and patch deployment;

• security of workstations and IT environments.

Experience with Microsoft Intune, UEM/MDM, Endpoint Management, patch management, or endpoint security will be particularly appreciated.

Beyond the technical aspect, PG Software is primarily looking for a person who is curious, pedagogical, and comfortable in discussions.

This is a permanent contract (CDI) based solely in Challans (85) with 2 days of remote work possible per week.
