Job offer : Recruitment Consultant (M/F)

Alongside our new Office Manager, you will relaunch our Balma agency. Together, you will define the agency's culture, your working methods, and the ambition for tomorrow. It is a rare human adventure: the energy of a startup with the security of a solid group.

Your missions

Commercial development

• Identify and prospect sector players to develop your client portfolio.
• Understand your clients' specific needs and offer them adapted recruitment solutions (CDI, CDD, temp).
• Retain your clients by establishing a trusting partnership relationship.

Recruitment and sourcing

• Identify the best talent via job boards, professional social networks (LinkedIn, etc.), and direct approach.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate the technical and human skills of candidates.
• Present qualified candidates and support them throughout the recruitment process.

Mission management

• Ensure rigorous follow-up of missions, ensuring the satisfaction of clients and candidates.
• Coordinate all stages, from identifying needs to integrating talent.

Profile sought

• You have two years of successful experience in commercial development, ideally in a specialized temp agency or recruitment firm.
• You wish to put your know-how at the service of companies to help them recruit more effectively and give a new impetus to your career.
• You are dynamic, curious, results-oriented, and comfortable with technical environments.
• Strong ability to navigate in a framework under construction: you are agile, proactive, and know how to evolve in transforming environments.
• You master digital tools and know how to use professional social networks to identify talent.
• Your excellent interpersonal skills and sense of customer service make you a trusted contact.
