The role

Can you handle a motor grader with your eyes almost closed?

Do you like it when the ground is clean, precise, and well-leveled? Then we should talk!

For one of our clients in the public works sector in Montauban, we are looking for a Motor Grader Operator (M/F) to join the teams on local construction sites.

Your mission

Drive and maneuver the motor grader with precision
Perform leveling and soil grading work
Participate in the various phases of the construction site
Ensure the proper functioning and routine maintenance of the machine
Work while respecting safety instructions

And help the ground team when needed.

Sector: Montauban and surroundings
Mission: temporary work, with the possibility of long-term
Remuneration: according to profile and experience

The profile we're looking for

The profile we are looking for:

You have confirmed experience on a motor grader and you master your machine. You are autonomous, serious, and you know the requirements of public works construction sites.

The CACES R482 category C3 is essential.

And above all, if you are an experienced operator but your CV does not necessarily reflect everything you can do, call us (Lisa and Hervé at 05.31.78.00.70) anyway. We prefer to talk to you rather than miss out on a good profile.
