Job offer : Production Line Operator (M/F)

ACTUAL is recruiting a Line Operator (M/F) for its client on a permanent contract. You are in charge of the proper functioning of the packaging areas of the lines according to the workstation assignment, from feeding the bottles or cups to checking their tightness, cleaning the area, sterilizing the machine, and performing quality checks at the station. You will be responsible for: Respecting safety rules at the workstation. You ensure that your environment is not at risk (LOTO lockout, no machine intervention while running). You participate in the safety policy by carrying out your VCS, you respect the storage instructions, and perform 5S audits. You are responsible for the quality of your produced bottles: Bacteriology, compliant primary packaging markings, compliant seals. You keep yourself informed of changes to quality procedures available in the binders on the line. You feed the filler with lids and you record the consumption of packaging items in SAP before use, then you reintegrate unused materials,

You perform the various format changes on the machines. During break replacements, you feed the downstream line with ZPCK and ensure the proper functioning and monitoring of the machines. You may be required to operate the downstream line at certain stations. You will be required to rework non-conformities. During your shift, you will work in close collaboration with the quality, technical, and logistics departments. You communicate and train your colleagues in best practices using communication tools; Zoom and OPL, after having received the training yourself. In order to improve our line operations, you participate in problem-solving by participating in or carrying out Go-see-think-Do as a team.

You have experience in line operation with level 1 maintenance
