The role
YOUR MAIN MISSIONS
- Ensure the transport of passengers on the network's regular lines.
- Welcome, inform, and guide passengers with courtesy and professionalism.
- Respect routes, schedules, and operational instructions.
- Guarantee the safety of passengers on board and during boarding and alighting.
- Ensure compliance with the highway code and safety procedures.
- Check the general condition of the vehicle before and after each service.
- Report any technical anomaly or incident encountered during the service.
The profile we're looking for
- Hold a valid D license.
- Hold an up-to-date FIMO voyageurs or FCO voyageurs, according to applicable regulations.
- Have a good knowledge of the highway code and safety rules.
- Demonstrate punctuality, rigor, and availability.
- Have a sense of service and good interpersonal skills.
- Be able to manage difficult situations with calm and professionalism.
- Accept variable hours, early morning service starts and late service finishes, as well as weekend work according to the schedule.
Previous experience in passenger transport is appreciated.
