Job offer : Reinsurance Technical Accountant (M/F)
The role
Your missions
- Ensure the production of reinsurance accounting (recording of flows, controls, analysis, and reconciliation of accounts) and contribute to quarterly closings.
- Monitor and reconcile reinsurer current accounts and handle any discrepancies.
- Analyze data from accounting and reinsurance systems, identify anomalies, and propose corrections.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects: process optimization, strengthening controls, data quality.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and system developments, including requirements gathering, testing, and procedure formalization.
- Ensure operational exchanges with reinsurers and provide the necessary elements for internal/external audits.
The profile we're looking for
Desired Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in accounting/finance (DCG, DSCG, Master CCA, actuarial/reinsurance accounting ideal)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reinsurance accounting
- Solid mastery of Excel; ideally knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Power Query).
- Knowledge of accounting or reinsurance systems (SAP, DCR/Prima XL).
- Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, sense of deadlines.
- Team spirit and good written/oral communication.
- English is a plus for exchanges with the group.

Our Department
The Finance Department produces and controls all of our company's financial information, organizes, manages, and controls the management of financial flows, ensures the steering and optimization of the balance sheet, and supports the strategy on economic and financial levels.
The Technical Accounting and Expenses Department is responsible for ensuring the accounting of flows for all insurance and reinsurance activities under French standards, as well as the accounting and payment of supplier invoices and expense reports.
Within this department, the Reinsurance service ensures
- the accounting of reinsurance operations (treaties and facultative), the management of current accounts with reinsurers, the monitoring of flows, disbursements, and accounting controls, the production of reports related to reinsurance, and the contribution to various financial or business projects.
The team consists of a manager and 7 employees.
