Job offer : Software Support Accountant (M/F)

You will join a modern, collaborative, and human-sized office, composed of a tight-knit team of 15 people, entirely dedicated to an accounting expertise client.
Your daily missions
- As a true ambassador for the FULL accounting software, your main missions will be as follows:
- Support & Advice: Guide and assist accountants and firm staff daily on the use of the software.
- Onboarding: Ensure startup assistance and tool familiarization for new users.
- Incident resolution: Handle omnichannel assistance requests (phone, emails, tickets) with pedagogy and responsiveness.
The profile we're looking for
It might be you!
Education: Higher education in Accounting (Bac+2 type BTS CG, DUT GEA).
Experience: You have at least one year of initial experience in accounting (firm or company), allowing you to understand the business issues of your contacts.
Possessing excellent oral expression, you are recognized for your sense of service, your listening skills, and your team spirit.
You are naturally comfortable with IT tools and have a strong appetite for management software.
- Conditions & Benefits
Contract: 35h per week. Remuneration: Between €24,000 and €28,000 gross annual (13th month included). Benefits: Restaurant vouchers + 50% transport coverage
