Accounts Payable Accountant (M/F)

The role

MISSIONS

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ACCOUNTING TEAM LEADER

Daily tasks

Analyze digitized information (invoice element compliance) and create a ticket in case of non-compliance
Account for invoices based on the information provided on the invoice
Reconcile the invoice with purchasing documents (orders, receipt) in the ERP
Respond to internal client requests raised via the communication tool
Release validated documents to prepare for payment (monitoring of down payment documents, payment methods, etc.)
Recovery of supplier debts
Respond to requests from other departments of the accounting CSP
Identify & report malfunctions to the team leader

Closing tasks

Analysis of supplier balances of debit accounts Ensure the monitoring of account clearing

The profile we're looking for

JOB REQUIREMENTS

DESIRED EDUCATION LEVEL Bac +2
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE 1 to 3 years of experience in the professional field of accounting

Technical skills: You master the principles of French general accounting. Good knowledge of office tools, especially Excel, is essential. Familiarity with an ERP (knowledge of PeopleSoft would be a plus) is appreciated.

A long-term interim mission.

An annual gross remuneration of up to €33,000, depending on your profile and experience (paid according to interim terms).
