Job offer : Field Sales Representative in energy renovation - 40 (M/F)
The role
On a daily basis within our subsidiary DEC Energies, you report to the Sales Department of the HomeServe Group and ensure the development of turnover with BtoC customers.
Your missions:
- Take charge of qualified customer appointments provided by the company
- Be a source of proposals for local initiatives
- Build a network of prescribers to increase the volume of commercial opportunities
- Continue the commercial dynamic on historical trades (heating, gas boilers) while developing new proposals or new commercial arguments to increase the sale of low-carbon solutions (heat pumps, air conditioning, stoves, and photovoltaics)
- Travel throughout our catchment area to conduct technical visits with a view to drawing up quotes
- Practice sincere technical and economic advice aimed at the long term for the benefit of customers
- Accompany customers in the assembly of their financing and energy renovation aid files to remove financial obstacles and secure the conclusion of the sale
- Ensure precise monitoring of commercial performance and report to the subsidiary manager and the Regional Sales Manager (leads processed, conversion, processing time, commercial follow-up path)
The profile we're looking for
With a higher education background (BTS, bachelor, degree...), you ideally have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. You have notions in the world of heating, air conditioning, and photovoltaics. Your commercial know-how is proven in terms of negotiation, animation, prospecting, and knowledge of the local market.

Based in Saint-Geours-de-Maremne, we intervene for the maintenance, repair, and installation of hot water and heating production systems (boilers and water heaters), renewable energy appliances (heat pumps, solar installations, wood stoves...), and home air conditioning and ventilation installations. Our 57 employees ensure comfort in the Landes, Basque Country, and South Gironde departments.
