HVAC Estimator (M/F)

The role

Our team of building experts is recruiting for its client, specializing in climate and electrical engineering, an HVAC Estimator (M/F) for a permanent contract (CDI) in the north of Nantes.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

Study of calls for tenders and CCTP
Analysis of technical and financial risks
Creation and validation of technical files
Customer relations
Participation in finalizing offers with the project manager and the branch manager
Schedule management, meeting deadlines
Carrying out HVAC project costing, analysis of supplier consultations, proposal of technical solutions
Participation in site monitoring and commissioning if necessary

The profile we're looking for

Technical training in climate or energy engineering, you have successful experience in a similar HVAC position.

Expected skills: proposal of technical solutions, analysis of financial, technical and operational issues.

Personal qualities: interpersonal skills, organization, autonomy.

Proposed remuneration: 30-40K€
