Job offer : Plumbing and HVAC Team Leader (M/F)

You are joining a major construction company, recognized throughout the Greater South-West for its global expertise in climate, energy, and sanitary engineering.

Reporting to the subsidiary management and in close liaison with site supervision (site managers, design office), you take technical and organizational responsibility for large-scale tertiary projects in the Bayonne area. You ensure the smooth running of projects while respecting deadlines, quality, and safety.

Your daily missions:

• Carry out plumbing and climate engineering work based on execution plans and instructions.

• Directly supervise execution teams on site while participating in the work (proximity management and production).

• Find adapted technical solutions in case of unforeseen events on the site.

• Guarantee strict compliance with safety standards and current professional rules.

Your profile:

• Required experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing HVAC / Plumbing projects in the tertiary sector.

• Education: CAP Thermal and Sanitary / BP Climate Engineering (or equivalent level).

• Skills: Mastery of plan reading, HVAC/Plumbing assembly techniques, and building standards.

• Sense of organization, responsiveness, benevolent leadership, and excellent adaptability.

What we offer:

• Contract: CDI (39h / week Working time arrangement over 4.5 days per week)

• Remuneration: From €16/h gross (i.e., approximately €2,700 gross/month based on 39h, negotiable according to profile/experience) + 13th month
