The role

Our team of experts specialized in construction is recruiting/searching for its client, specialized in climate and electrical engineering, a HVAC Site Manager (M/F) on a CDI basis in Nantes.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

70% of the time in the field

Guarantee safety
Participate in HVAC equipment installations
Management of technicians ...

30% of the time in management

Supply management
Monitoring progress
Planning, scheduling activities

Types of sites: tertiary and industrial

The profile we're looking for

You have a technical background in HVAC and experience in managing technicians.

Expected skills: HVAC equipment installations, management

Personal qualities: interpersonal skills, good communication, organization.

Proposed remuneration: 33-40K€
