Job offer : Production Team Leader (M/F)

Your missions:

Under the responsibility of the site manager, you become the true conductor of production by becoming the guarantor of achieving objectives through the organizational model you will implement.

Your daily life revolves around three dimensions:

- Management & Safety:

Leading, developing, and supporting a team composed of assistant team leaders and operators.

The goal is to maintain a positive social climate, ensure workforce management, and guarantee impeccable safety on the field.

- Operational Steering:

Organization of activity in strict compliance with production schedules.

It involves ensuring the proper application of batch processing methods (unpacking, packing, pre-sorting, labeling...) and initiating continuous improvement actions to boost productivity.

- Results Culture:

Monitoring and analysis of performance indicators via effective visual management.

Your role will be to implement action plans to challenge your teams while reporting on the results obtained during meetings.

The profile we are looking for

We are looking above all for a personality with a strong team spirit, capable of listening, questioning themselves to improve, and lifting their collaborators up.

To succeed in these functions, you must possess

• Confirmed managerial experience, ideally acquired in a production or logistics environment, allowing you to manage your staff with agility.

• Essential mastery of IT tools, with current use of SAP, Excel, and Outlook.

• A real appetite for a results-oriented culture, combined with an ability to find solutions quickly on the ground.
