Job offer : Assembly Team Leader (M/F)

Our team specializing in Engineering / Industrial Maintenance is supporting its client, a company specializing in the design, manufacture, and installation of equipment for the storage and processing of cereals, in the recruitment of its future Assembly Team Leader (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI).

Start date: As soon as possible

Your missions

• Supervise and support a team of assemblers on construction sites (new installations or modifications of existing ones)
• Organize and prepare interventions according to the defined schedule
• Ensure the assembly of equipment in accordance with technical plans and diagrams
• Supervise assembly operations and guarantee the quality of the installations carried out
• Check the conformity of assembled parts and ensure compliance with standards
• Carry out mechanical maintenance operations at client sites
• Be the field contact and report information to the Works Manager
• Ensure compliance with safety instructions and best practices
  

You have a mechanical background (agricultural, industrial, or public works) and can demonstrate significant experience in industrial assembly, ideally with initial experience in team management.

• Proposed remuneration: 30-37K€
• Benefits: 13-month salary, 50% health insurance / 100% provident insurance
• Remote work: No
• Travel: Frequent (throughout France, weekly or bi-weekly)
