The role
Reporting to the Site Manager / Operations Manager, you will manage your sites/workshops on a daily basis and lead your team in the field:
Organization & Management: Distribute daily tasks, ensure compliance with deadlines, equipment, and the allocated budget.
Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and train a team.
Safety & Quality: Ensure strict compliance with safety instructions (PPE, site rules) and guarantee an impeccable level of finish.
Technical Monitoring: Anticipate material needs and participate directly in technical operations in the field.
The profile we're looking for
Experience: First successful experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar position or as an experienced journeyman/technician looking to evolve.
Skills: Mastery of sector techniques, ability to read a plan/technical file, and ease in organizing work.
Qualities: Natural leadership, sense of organization, exemplary behavior, and excellent interpersonal skills.
