Maître CoQ, a leading food industry brand, is recruiting its future Cooking Team Leader on a permanent contract via our Leader Chavagnes agency!

Your daily missions: Reporting to the workshop manager, you will manage your activity and lead your team in the field:

• Organization & Management: You will plan daily activity and ensure compliance with the production schedule according to human and material resources.
• Performance & Quality: You will optimize your team's production to ensure excellence in terms of quantity, quality, costs, and deadlines.
• Development & Versatility: You will ensure the replacement of workshop managers and develop your skills at the heart of the factory.

Your environment & working conditions Rhythm: 2x8 shift schedule (with the possibility of working on Saturdays depending on activity). Environment: Cooking workshop (hot and noisy environment). Start date: As soon as possible.

Remuneration: Salary negotiable between €2,200 and €2,500 gross/month (depending on profile and experience). Major financial benefits: 13th month + profit-sharing and incentive bonuses.
