Job offer : Industrial Electricity Team Leader (M/F)

Our team of experts specialized in industry is recruiting for its client, an Industrial Electricity Team Leader (M/F) for a long-term temporary contract in Morbihan (56).

Start date: As soon as possible.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Plan tasks, monitor and guarantee the quality and deadlines for completion of projects in an industrial environment.
• Organize and distribute work to your team of 2 to 5 electrical fitters, and manage its proper functioning.
• Actively participate in the execution of electrical work: cable pulling, installation of cable trays, connections and wiring of cabinets.
• Ensure technical and administrative monitoring of the site, and ensure good supply of equipment.
• Perform self-checks, installation compliance tests, and report technical information to your management.
• Respect and strictly enforce safety, quality and environmental rules (QSE procedures).

You have a technical background in electrotechnics (Bac Pro or BTS) and have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position in industrial electricity.

Personal qualities: Rigor, organizational skills, managerial skills, autonomy and team spirit.

Proposed remuneration: According to profile 30-35K€.

Organization: Based on 35h per week, travel within the department (56).
