
Job offer : Industrial Electricity Team Leader (M/F)
The role
Presentation:
Position available on a permanent contract (CDI) within a company recognized for its expertise in industrial electrical maintenance and installation, based in Colmar (68). You will supervise a team of technicians in the field for the execution of electrical works and projects in an industrial environment, both in the workshop and at client sites (local travel).
Reporting to management / line manager, you will manage projects of varying size and complexity, ensuring compliance with objectives, quality, deadlines, and safety requirements (MASE).
Missions:
- Lead, supervise, and support a team of technicians on-site on a daily basis.
- Prepare and organize projects: manage supplies, equipment, and tools, and verify their compliance upon receipt.
- Perform and coordinate industrial electrical installations according to technical files, diagrams, and plans.
- Carry out the checks, tests, and measurements necessary for the proper functioning of the installations.
- Guarantee compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (SSE / MASE) guidelines and practice shared vigilance.
- Ensure monitoring of work progress, reporting to management, and maintenance of tracking documents.
- Pass on your technical skills to your team and provide operational support in the field.
- Ensure the care and storage of tools and the cleanliness of intervention areas.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought:
- Training in the field of Electrotechnics / Industrial Electricity.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in industrial electricity, ideally in service provision for various clients.
- Reading of plans, electrical diagrams, and use of measuring devices.
- Strong sense of safety culture (ISO / MASE), rigor, autonomy, and a strong team spirit.
- Driving license B mandatory (local travel with service van).
- Up-to-date Low Voltage electrical authorizations (H0V/B0, B2V, BR, BC, B2V Test) and CACES Nacelle R486 A&B appreciated.
