The role

Within the workshop, you will work independently from technical drawings to ensure the shaping of parts, bending, tack welding, welding, and complete assembly of metal units and sub-units.

Main missions

Read, interpret, and use manufacturing drawings and technical files.

Carry out preparation and forming operations for parts (cutting, grinding, bending on a press brake).

Perform precise tack welding and assembly of elements according to required tolerances.

Perform welding (semi-automatic MAG/MIG and/or TIG depending on the parts and materials worked).

Visually and dimensionally inspect assembled parts and weld beads.

Maintain your workstation and strictly comply with workshop health and safety instructions.

The profile we're looking for

Profile sought

Education: Holder of a CAP/BEP, Bac Pro, or equivalent in boilermaking, metalworking, locksmithing, or welding.

Experience: Experienced profile with solid experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in a metalworking, boilermaking, or structural steel workshop.

Technical skills

Perfect mastery of industrial drawing reading.

Complete autonomy in bending and assembly.

Mastery of common welding processes (up-to-date welding licenses appreciated).

Qualities: Rigor, precision, autonomy, responsiveness, and team spirit.

Availability: Shift work in 2x8 (morning/afternoon alternating).
