Job offer : Recruitment and Support Officer (M/F)
The role
We are looking for a recruitment and support officer (M/F) to join the ERGOS agency as soon as possible on a permanent contract (CDI) for the Laval agency.
Your main missions will be:
· Receive the public for interviews/Ensure recruitment
· Establish an individual diagnosis
· Support the development of the integration path
· Cooperate with external partners
· Ensure delegation and mission monitoring for our clients
· Participate in various projects (job dating/commercial info)
· Ensure administrative monitoring/reporting
· Optimize the use of the inclusion platform and develop relationships with our partners (institutional, social, prescribers, facilitators..)
· Carry out a socio-professional diagnosis with candidates and support temporary workers in their integration path and evaluate their skills
The profile we're looking for
We are looking for a motivated, proactive person capable of identifying profiles eligible for insertion.
Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to place temporary workers with clients and ensure effective follow-up. A real appetite for challenge and customer relations is essential.
Your ability to listen, your analytical mind, your taste for human contact, your ability to lead discussions, and your sense of service are all assets you possess.
