Job offer : HVAC Works Manager (M/F)

Our team of building experts is recruiting for its client, specialized in climate engineering, an HVAC Works Manager (M/F) for a permanent contract in Brest.

Start date: as soon as possible

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Development and loyalty of the client portfolio
• Analysis of needs and proposal of adapted technical solutions
• Commercial follow-up and client support
• Financial management of projects and monitoring of overheads
• Definition of objectives and implementation of the means necessary to achieve them
• Guarantee of compliance with labor regulations and contract law
• Participation in the recruitment and support of employees
• Management of HVAC works and monitoring of the smooth running of construction sites

You hold a 2-year degree (Bac +2) in climate engineering, energy, or equivalent.

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in the HVAC field.

• Proposed remuneration: 40 to 60 K€ depending on profile
