The role
Actual Experts is a division of the Actual Group, specializing in the retail sector.
We are currently recruiting a Business Manager (M/F) in Avignon.
Our expertise covers various fields such as food trades, department managers, order pickers, cashiers, or shelf stockers.
You will be at the heart of developing our business in the 84 department.
Your role will consist of
- Prospecting, developing, and retaining a client portfolio by identifying the recruitment needs of industrial companies.
- Managing the entire recruitment process: sourcing, evaluation, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
- Providing advisory services to your clients and candidates to ensure optimal support.
- Contributing to the agency's performance by achieving your commercial goals and participating in development strategies.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
- Do you have a strong commercial temperament? Do you have initial experience in a similar position or do you come from the retail sector? Then this position is for you!
- You enjoy challenges, human contact, have strong negotiation skills, and like taking initiatives.
- Dynamic and autonomous, you know how to manage several missions in parallel with rigor and organization.
- Knowledge of the retail sector would be a real plus.
