Job offer : Category Manager (M/F)

Based at the Toulouse airport site and reporting to the Site Director, you will guarantee the achievement of commercial objectives and manage your resources with vision and rigor. As a true profit center manager, you will develop turnover, manage your product categories, and ensure the highest level of service to traveling customers. As part of a team reinforcement, you will manage your ranges, supervise your teams on the ground, and ensure constant synergy with brands and global management.

Your main missions/responsibilities will be as follows

• Develop the turnover and profitability of your product categories by ensuring the achievement of commercial objectives and compliance with merchandising standards.

• Lead, train, and motivate your sales teams on a daily basis while ensuring a high level of customer service quality and compliance with procedures.

• Manage the assortment, displayed prices, and animation of shelves in coordination with the Master Data and Procurement teams.

• Monitor commercial indicators, prepare reports, and manage the administrative management of supplies as well as the implementation of promotions.

• Ensure local relationship with brand representatives, manage after-sales service, returns, and participate in inventories.

• Guarantee compliance with cash register rules and contribute to raising team awareness regarding theft prevention.

Experience and Education

• Holder of a higher education degree (Bac +3) with a commercial focus.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in the Large Retail or specialized trade sector.

• Successful managerial experience or strong appetite for leading and developing teams.

Technical Skills

• Imperative mastery of fluent English (daily exchanges with brands and global functions).

• Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word), knowledge of SAP being an asset.

• Holder of a B driving license and presentation of a clean criminal record (necessary to obtain airport access).

Proposed conditions

• Remuneration: +/- 40K€/year over 13 months

• Bonus: approximately 3K€/year

• Telework: No (position requiring field presence in store)
