The role
The Actual Experts agency is looking for a Butcher (m/f) to join a team in the Locminé area. The position is to be filled on a permanent contract (CDI).
Your mission will be to cut, prepare, and process meat, while ensuring product traceability. You will also be responsible for presenting the department in an attractive way, while respecting hygiene and food safety standards.
Your role does not stop there. As a butcher, you will need to advise and build customer loyalty, participate in managing the department's merchandise, and guarantee impeccable product quality.
You will work on a full-time basis to ensure the quality and freshness of the products offered throughout the week.
The profile we're looking for
To excel as a Butcher (m/f), you demonstrate excellent mastery of meat cutting, deboning, and trimming techniques. Your expertise allows you to guarantee a neat and high-quality presentation of products while strictly respecting hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).
The ideal candidate has solid experience in department management and customer advice, with a keen sense of service and friendliness. You are recognized for your rigor, precision, and ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment. A CAP Boucher or equivalent qualification is highly appreciated to ensure your full success in your missions within our establishment.
