The role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Butcher (M/F) to join our client's team located in Aix en Provence. You will be responsible for the preparation, cutting, and presentation of meats, while ensuring product quality and compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. Your missions:
- Receive goods and check product quality
- Cut, debone, prepare, and present different cuts of meat. Showcase products in the display case to promote sales.
- Welcome, advise, and build customer loyalty. Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and traceability rules

The profile we're looking for
Required skills
- Previous experience in a similar position, CAP Boucherie
- Ability to work in a team, in a fast-paced environment
- Mastery of different cutting, preparation, and presentation techniques for products
- Respect for Hygiene and Food Safety
- Good interpersonal skills, soft skills, and professional conduct
