Your missions
Ensure the receipt and inspection of goods.
Carry out the cutting, deboning, trimming, and preparation of meats.
Prepare items intended for sale and ensure a neat presentation of the department.
Welcome, advise, and serve customers according to their needs.
Ensure the quality, freshness, and traceability of products.
Respect hygiene and food safety standards.
Participate in stock management and the maintenance of the laboratory and the department.
Your profile
You ideally have experience in butchery, particularly in retail.
You master the techniques of cutting and preparing meats.
You are autonomous, organized, rigorous, and enjoy teamwork.
You have a sense of commerce and customer satisfaction.
A CAP or training in butchery is an asset.
