The role

Are you passionate about the agri-food sector and want to put your expertise at the service of quality? Join our teams in Loudéac (22600) as a Slaughterhouse Quality Assistant (M/F) for a 6-month mission.

Your daily missions

Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will work in the field to guarantee the excellence of our processes. Your responsibilities include the implementation and improvement of the quality system, rigorous monitoring of HACCP, as well as the management of non-conformities. You will carry out internal audits, ensure compliance with IFS certifications, validate specifications, and scrupulously ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. You will also have a key role in staff training and managing the environmental aspects of the site.

The profile sought

Holding a Bac +3 to Bac +5 degree in agri-food, you have a first successful experience in a similar position. We are looking for an organized, rigorous person with a strong field spirit. Your interpersonal skills, your ability to communicate, and your sense of teamwork will be major assets. You are autonomous, reactive, and master computer tools.

The ideal candidate holds a Level II degree

Bac +3/4 (Bachelor's degree, professional license, Master 1 or equivalent) in the field of quality, agri-food, or biology.

Your rigor, your interpersonal skills, and your ability to enforce internal procedures will be decisive assets for succeeding in your missions. You master office tools and possess a real ease in writing quality monitoring documents.
