Job offer : Production Agent (M/F)

The LEADER CHAVAGNES agency is recruiting a Production Agent (M/F) for its client Maître CoQ, a key reference in the poultry industry, based in Chavagnes-en-Paillers. Are you looking for a dynamic position at the heart of production? Join our team! Reporting to the production line, your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare products: Shape, tie, mold, and unmold raw meat.
• Package: Actively participate in tray-sealing finished products.
• Control: Weigh the various products to ensure compliance.
• Trace: Make declarations on a computer and print tracking labels.

Your work environment

• Work rhythm in 2x8 shifts.
• Work in a cold environment (between 4°C and 6°C), ideal for maintaining product freshness!
• Daily contact with raw meat.
• Possibility of working on Saturday mornings depending on seasonality and activity.

Remuneration and benefits

• Hourly rate: 12.35 € gross / hour.
• Cold bonus: +4% of the hourly rate (gross).
• Changing bonus: 1.87 € gross / day.
• Meal allowance: 4.19 € net / day.
• Transport allowance: 0.20 € net / day.
