Job offer : Production Agent - Embossing 2x8 (M/F)

The ERGOS Roussillon agency is looking for production agents in embossing (M/F) for 2x8 shifts in Maclas (industrial charcuterie / pure pork dry sausages).

BEFORE APPLYING: CHECK THESE ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Mobility: Autonomous means of transport essential to get to Maclas. Project & Engagement: Looking for long-term / permanent contract (CDI) with the possibility of evolving into a line operator position. 2x8 shifts: Alternating morning (5:00 AM - 12:30 PM) and afternoon (12:30 PM - 8:00 PM) from Monday to Friday. Environment: Work in a cool environment (4°C to 12°C), standing position, and strict adherence to hygiene/safety rules. Eligibility for insertion: You meet at least one insertion criterion (Job seeker, RSA, under 26, over 50, single-parent family...).

Tasks to perform: Hanging and placing sausages on poles & trolleys Feeding the lines and moving them to the drying rooms Quality control, weighing, and traceability monitoring

Working conditions & Remuneration: Contract: Long-term temporary work with a view to a CDD / CDI Remuneration: €12.31 gross/h (i.e., €15.01 gross/h all-inclusive: dressing allowance, 10% IFM, 10% ICP) Bonuses & Allowances: Dressing allowance (€0.655/day) + €5.00/day meal allowance Breaks: 20 minutes of paid break per day
