Job offer : Maintenance technician (M/F)

We are looking for a Maintenance Agent (M/F) for one of our clients specialized in the creation of irrigation systems for the agricultural sector, located in La Chapelle d'Aligné (72300 FR).

Your missions

You will be responsible for carrying out and executing the maintenance plan to ensure the proper functioning of industrial equipment, infrastructure, and outdoor spaces. Your role will consist of:

• Ensuring safety by applying current rules and suggesting improvements.
• Improving quality by guaranteeing high-quality interventions and proposing process optimizations.
• Carrying out maintenance operations according to the defined schedule and ensuring the availability of spare parts.
• Reducing costs by identifying and eliminating sources of waste.
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the workshop by maintaining an orderly and safe work environment.

Profile sought

You are rigorous, proactive, and have an eye for detail. Your ability to work in a team and your initiative will be major assets for this position.

For the position of Maintenance Agent (M/F), we are looking for a candidate possessing a level IV qualification, equivalent to a general, technological, professional baccalaureate, or similar.
