The role

Actual St Laurent is looking for one of its clients for a Building Maintenance Agent (M/F) for a temporary mission based in Sainte-Foy-l'Argentière (69610).

Your daily missions

You ensure first-level technical maintenance within the facilities. Your interventions will cover various fields: plumbing (seals, fittings), electricity (replacing bulbs, sockets), painting, and furniture assembly. You ensure the good general condition of the buildings, perform small routine repairs, and actively participate in the continuous improvement of the facilities.

Working conditions

This is a daytime position, from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM (35 hours per week). The hourly rate is set at 12.66 euros.

To occupy the position of Building Maintenance Agent (M/F), we are looking for a person with versatile technical know-how and a keen sense of service.

CACES 3 and up-to-date electrical authorizations are a plus for this mission.
