Job offer : Assistant Maintenance Manager (M/F)

Our team of experts specialized in industry is recruiting for its client, an Assistant Maintenance Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) in Gourin (56).

Start date: As soon as possible.

Your main missions / responsibilities will be as follows

• Support the Maintenance Manager in the management and organization of maintenance activities.
• Participate in managing preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
• Ensure the monitoring of interventions and contribute to the availability of installations.
• Support technical teams on a daily basis and participate in the development of their skills.
• Participate in continuous improvement and equipment reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and maintenance procedures.

You have a Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics or equivalent, and you have proven experience in management and industrial maintenance.

You wish to support a team in a demanding industrial environment.

Personal qualities: autonomy, rigor, organization, team spirit, sense of responsibility and ability to take initiatives.

Proposed remuneration: 42 to 45 K€ depending on profile and experience.

Contract: CDI Full-time.

Location: Gourin (56).
