The role
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dynamic florist (M/F) to join our team at our store located in Tours.
Your main missions
Floral design: Creating bouquets, compositions, and floral arrangements for all occasions (events, daily, funeral).
Sales and advice: Warmly welcoming customers, providing personalized advice, listening to needs, and building loyalty.
Sales area management: Showcasing products, restocking shelves and displays, and daily maintenance of plants (cut flowers and plants).
Administrative and logistics management: Participating in receiving deliveries, quality control, and processing customer payments.
- hourly rate: 12,31€/h
- full-time: 35h
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought: You hold a diploma (CAP, BP, Bac Pro). You ideally have initial successful experience in a similar position. You possess excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of customer service. You are autonomous, rigorous and have a taste for teamwork.
