As the end-of-year holidays approach, we are looking for a Fishmonger (M/F) to strengthen our team and participate in this period of high activity.

Your missions
Prepare, cut, and fillet fish and seafood.
Ensure the setup and attractiveness of the seafood department.
Advise and serve customers with professionalism.
Ensure the freshness, quality, and proper storage of products.
Respect hygiene and food safety rules.
Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of the workstation.
Your profile
You ideally have experience in a fishmonger shop or seafood department.
You master the techniques of preparing and cutting fish.
You are dynamic, rigorous, and have a sense of customer service.
You enjoy teamwork and know how to manage periods of high traffic.
CAP Fishmonger appreciated, but field experience also valued.
Job conditions
Contract: Temporary seasonal reinforcement for the end-of-year holidays.
Period: November / December, depending on needs.

The profile we're looking for
To fill the position of Fishmonger (M/F), we are looking for a candidate passionate about seafood, with solid professional experience of 3 years in the sector.
You ideally have a BEP/CAP or equivalent, ensuring technical mastery of the methods of cutting, preparing, and showcasing fish and shellfish.
Your expertise allows you to guarantee impeccable freshness while ensuring a high-quality welcome and advice to our clientele, in strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.
