The role
Actual is recruiting to strengthen its teams during the end-of-year holidays! Are you passionate about seafood and want to put your know-how at the service of our customers? We are looking for a Fishmonger (m/f) (59).
Your daily missions
Your expertise will be essential to guarantee the quality of our department: you will ensure preparation (cleaning, scaling, filleting), cutting, and display enhancement. You will play a key role in organizing seafood platters for the holidays and will provide expert advice to customers while scrupulously observing hygiene and food safety rules.
The ideal profile
You have training in fishmongery or significant experience in a seafood department. Your mastery of cutting techniques, your interpersonal skills, and your team spirit are essential assets. Your availability during the intense holiday period will be the key to your success in this position.
Job conditions
This is a temporary mission as a seasonal reinforcement from November to December, with a start date scheduled for November 23, 2026. Working time is 35 hours per week with an hourly wage of 13 euros.

The profile we're looking for
To fill the position of Fishmonger (m/f), we are looking for a candidate passionate about seafood, justifying solid experience of 3 years in the trade.
Training such as BEP/CAP or equivalent is required to master the techniques of cutting, preparation, and display enhancement.
The ideal candidate demonstrates great rigor in applying hygiene and food safety standards, while possessing an excellent sense of customer service to advise and retain our clientele with professionalism.
