The role

Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will manage your operations from A to Z. As the central point of contact, you will take charge of the project from the validation of studies to final delivery, with a strong emphasis on human and technical management.

Your main missions:

Technical refinement & costing:

Review technical files initiated by the design office (plans, air and hydraulic sizing).

Verify, adjust, and specify price studies, measurements, and costing to optimize margins and site feasibility.

Complex site management:

Coordinate interventions on major works/complex technical projects (HVAC, fluids, regulation).

Ensure the ordering of specific materials, the planning of intervention phases, and strict adherence to budget and deadlines.

Team management & field presence:

Supervise a team of 3 to 5 employees on a daily basis (junior and senior profiles/experienced fitters).

Set a clear management framework: embody an impeccable posture combining rigor, listening, firmness, and fairness to unite the team without conflict.

Client relations & project monitoring:

Represent the company during site meetings and before project managers / clients.

Detect opportunities for additional work and maintain close, trusting relationships (business lunches, regular exchanges with partners).

The profile we're looking for

We are looking for a Project Manager / Field Engineer profile, combining solid technical foundations, analytical rigor, and interpersonal skills.

Education & technical background

Engineering degree (Master's level) specialized in Energy / Climate Engineering (or major in Mechanics / Industrial Fluids).

Key skills

Demonstrated ability to manage a project in its entirety (technical, contractual, financial).

Personality & soft skills

Natural authority and fairness: Capable of managing more experienced profiles with tact and firmness, while remaining fair and transparent.

Interpersonal skills: Very comfortable with human contact, you know how to build relationships (clients, partners, subcontractors) and carry projects with conviction.

Practical mindset: You enjoy the field, complex technology, and operational challenges.
