With Ergos, Actual group asserts its position as leader in inclusive temporary work

As the number 1 provider of inclusive temporary work in France with A2i, Isa intérim, and Ser’ins, Actual group announces the unification of these three networks under a single brand to better meet the challenges of employment for all across the territories. Named Ergos, in reference to the Greek concept of work, this new entity now positions itself as the benchmark player in its sector.

As of January 1, 2024, Ergos will be the sole benchmark brand for inclusive temporary work within Actual group. This unification of the three brands (A2i, Isa intérim, and Ser’ins) comes after a year-long effort to bring their activities together. The new structure already counts 100 agencies, following the opening in mid-October of a new location in Roussillon, Isère. This expanded network makes Ergos the number 1 among Temporary Work and Social Integration Enterprises (ETTI). It is further proof ofActual group's commitment to inclusive temporary work, a field in which the group has been active since 2005.

The new entity will be led by Philippe Desplanques, who will initially focus on its consolidation and merging the support teams of the three brands, before driving Ergos' growth. He succeeds Bruno Planchais, who will maintain an attentive and supportive eye on the business. Pooling these strengths aims to achieve the goal set by Actual group: opening agencies in 35 French departments where Ergos is not yet present. This local presence is essential to enable integration advisors to provide individual support, restore confidence, and solve peripheral difficulties faced by people distant from the labor market.

Through its 100 agencies, Ergos will contribute to helping more than 10,000 people return to work each year, including a high proportion of women, people with disabilities, and social benefit recipients (RSA). Its actions will also focus on employment and training for residents in priority neighborhoods, through Actual group's involvement in the PAQTE (Pacte avec les quartiers pour toutes les entreprises) program launched by the French government. The objective is to further improve the results achieved in 2022: 75% of supported candidates experienced a positive outcome, meaning an entry into a significantly improved socio-professional situation. Ergos' efforts are thus fully aligned with Actual group's commitment to the 'right to work for all'.
