Actual group integrates Global Open Campus

A key player in employment and skills in France, Actual group announces the integration of the Global Open Campus network into its initial training ecosystem, Actual School.

This new strategic step aims to strengthen candidate employability and better connect training with employment across local areas.

Committed to designing global solutions to meet labor market challenges, Actual group has structured a training division called Actual School. Its mission is to offer skill development pathways, both in initial training and career retraining, by providing qualifying degrees aligned with the concrete needs of businesses. The integration of Global Open Campus consolidates this ambition by bringing recognized educational expertise and strengthening Actual School’s ability to meet local needs up close.

A multi-school network of career-focused training programs

Today, Global Open Campus relies on four locations in Angers, Rennes, Brest, and Caen. The school offers career-focused training, from High School diploma level to Master's degree level (BAC to BAC+5), in initial training or work-study programs, led by active industry professionals. It covers several key sectors of the job market where companies face recruitment challenges: business&management, IT, communication, digital, hospitality-tourism&catering… Like other Actual group schools, Global Open Campus is committed to an inclusive approach promoting equal opportunity, offering support and funding access solutions to open its courses to as many people as possible.

“Joining Actual group means sharing a common vision of education and employment. This alliance allows us to strengthen our mission: supporting students in building solid, useful career paths aligned with the realities of the working world.”

A merger that strengthens the Actual School ecosystem

The integration of Global Open Campus completes and strengthens the offering provided by Actual group's ecosystem of schools:

  • Esup (Actual Business School): sales and management training, covering a wide range of professions (sales, communication, tourism, logistics, HR, real estate…)
  • Holberton (Actual Digital School): training for digital professions based on an innovative teaching method with no entrance selection, no teachers, project-based.
  • Iconoclass (Actual Sales School): intensive three-month course dedicated to BtoB and BtoC sales, with contributions from professionals and real-life scenarios in partner companies.
  • Qwally: remote and tailored training in the fields of sales, software development, human resources, administration, training, and career guidance.

By welcoming Global Open Campus, Actual group confirms its positioning as a global skills provider and its desire to build useful, inclusive training pathways aligned with job market realities. This merger is built on a shared conviction: training makes full sense when it concretely prepares people for employment and professional fulfillment.

“By integrating Global Open Campus into our initial training division, we are taking a new step in the rollout of Actual School. This alliance strengthens our ability to train talent tailored to the needs of companies and local areas. We deeply believe that training is the foundation of employability and sustainable career paths.”
