Founded in 2001 by Ahmed OTMANE, Kobaltt is established in France across 10 urban areas. Kobaltt benefits from strong coverage and capitalizes on close proximity to its clients and its knowledge of the local job market.

Kobaltt recruits high-skill profiles for its clients, major accounts and SMEs/SMIs, specializing in Engineering & Industry, IT & Digital, Services & Finance, Sales & Marketing, as well as Supply Chain & Sales Admin.

Strong sector and occupational complementarity

With this acquisition, Actual group and Up Skills, a recognized HR player for executive, expert, and interim manager recruitment in the sectors of accounting & finance – sales and marketing – construction & real estate – support functions – IT / Digital – engineering and industry – HR & legal – tourism, affirm their ambition to create a KEY player in the Temporary Work and Expert & Executive recruitment market. This activity will now cover 11 business sectors, operating in 12 French metropolitan and urban areas with 110 employees for a revenue of over €40M.
