Job offer : On-site support technicians (M/F)
The role
As part of an international Tenant migration project, we are looking for 3 on-site support technicians (M/F) to work in an autonomous cell on several client sites in Europe and North Africa.
Your missions The global technical migration is automated and managed remotely by the administration teams. Your role is to secure the on-site deployment:
- VIP & user support: assist employees during the switchover of their work environment.
- On-site support (L1/L2): diagnose, treat post-migration anomalies and resolve incidents on workstations.
- Coordination: act as the on-site link between users and central technical teams.
The profile we're looking for
Profile sought
- Solid experience in on-site IT support (VIP / proxi).
- Professional English mandatory (regular exchanges on international sites).
- Sense of service, patience and pedagogy in managing user relations.
- Autonomy and adaptability to intervene effectively in multi-site environments.
Mandatory prerequisite: valid passport.
Mission termsPeriod: from 12/11/2026 to 18/12/2026 (commitment for the entire period required).
