The role
Actual Evron is looking for its client, a major player specializing in waste sorting solutions, street furniture, and hygiene equipment, for an Application Administrator (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) to strengthen its group IT team.
As part of this mission, you will ensure the performance and evolution of the group ERP (Sage X3 V12) and business applications.
You will guarantee the operational maintenance of the tools, manage incidents, and provide first-class technical and functional support to users.
Your main responsibilities
Application management: You will supervise developments (corrective and evolutionary) carried out by external service providers and draft the associated specifications.
You will analyze business needs to optimize existing processes.
Support and guidance: You will be the primary contact for employees.
In this capacity, you will train users, draft the necessary documentation and procedures, and advise teams on the optimal use of business software packages.

The profile we're looking for
Your profile
Holding a higher education degree in IT (Bac +2 to Bac +5), you ideally have initial experience in an industrial environment. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, have a solid foundation in SQL, and have knowledge of BI tools. Mastery of Crystal Reports and the Sage X3 ERP will be a decisive advantage (training provided).
Endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you are recognized for your rigor, autonomy, and team spirit.
