The role

Our IT-specialized team is looking for its client (an IT services company), an experienced Workstation Technician (M/F) for a 2-week temporary contract in Pessac.

Start date: As soon as possible
Location: Pessac
Remuneration: 27k€

As part of an IT workstation renewal project, we are looking for a mobile IT support technician to work with users.

You will be in charge of the following missions

Collect IT equipment at the pickup point.
Organize and schedule appointments with users.
Retrieve data from old workstations and transfer it to the new, already mastered PCs.
Verify the proper functioning of the new workstation with the user.
Fill out and close intervention tickets.
Collect old IT equipment and return it to the designated collection point.
Verification of equipment and required configurations.
Deployment - Technical support and user assistance.
Resolution of migration-related incidents.
User assistance (L1 + L2).
Field deployment.

The profile we're looking for

You have an educational background in IT and can demonstrate experience in a similar position.

Expected skills

Knowledge of ITSM tools
Experience in local IT support
Workstation deployment.
Knowledge of the Windows environment and IT workstation configuration.
Proficiency in data transfer and user support.
Ability to fill out and track intervention tickets.
Autonomy, organization, and good interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills
