## **The role**

As part of an international Tenant migration project, we are looking for 3 on-site support technicians (M/F) to work in an autonomous cell on several client sites in Europe and North Africa.

**Your missions** The global technical migration is automated and managed remotely by the administration teams. Your role is to secure the on-site deployment:

- VIP & user support: assist employees during the switchover of their work environment.
- On-site support (L1/L2): diagnose, treat post-migration anomalies and resolve incidents on workstations.
- Coordination: act as the on-site link between users and central technical teams.

## **The profile we're looking for**

**Profile sought**

- Solid experience in on-site IT support (VIP / proxi).
- Professional English mandatory (regular exchanges on international sites).
- Sense of service, patience and pedagogy in managing user relations.
- Autonomy and adaptability to intervene effectively in multi-site environments.

**Mandatory prerequisite:** valid passport.

**Mission terms****Period**: from 12/11/2026 to 18/12/2026 (commitment for the entire period required).
