We are looking for Experienced Support Technicians to join a dynamic 18-month mission starting ASAP.

The position is offered full-time, on a 35-hour per week basis. If you have a taste for service and solid technical expertise, this opportunity is for you.

The profile we're looking for

To excel as a Support Technician (M/F), we are looking for a person with excellent customer service skills and a real ability to solve technical problems efficiently.

The ideal candidate ideally holds a 2-year degree in IT or systems and networks, complemented by significant initial experience in a similar position.

You possess in-depth knowledge of Windows environments and ticketing tools, combined with active listening skills and great pedagogical ability to support users on a daily basis.

Proficiency in technical English and great autonomy in managing priorities are essential assets to succeed in your missions within our teams.
